GradPro is running a Pre-Professional Summer Intensive Course

Birmingham Royal Ballet

Monday 29th July to Friday 2nd August 2024.

On the back of the incredible success of last year’s course, we are again running a Pre-Professional Summer Intensive Course at Birmingham Royal Ballet, in association with Grad Pro from Monday 29th July to Friday 2nd August.

 

This Summer intensive is open to students currently in their second or third year of vocational training. This is an amazing opportunity to take company style class taught by industry professionals including Brandon Lawrence, Principal at Ballett Zurich. Take part in contemporary masterclasses taught by former Swedish Ballet Principal Jerome Marchand. There will be daily workshops to create and work on elements of performance, group choreography, repertoire and to work on a piece by guest choreographer Morgann Runacre Temple, culminating in a performance at the end of the week and a chance to be a part of an ongoing performance and marketing opportunity for Grad Pro. The course will include opportunities to look at CV’s, career discussions, photographic opportunities, corps de ballet technique, pas de deux, pointe work, audition mentoring and the chance to meet and chat with BRB company members, to name but a few.
